1. How long does it take to get a response to the questions we ask?
Typically, we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible within 12 hours. We will do our best to ensure that we provide a timely and accurate response to meet your needs. If you have any urgent or specific time requirements, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
2. Can your company provide OEM customized products?
Yes, the vast majority of our products are produced according to customer drawings, developed, designed, and manufactured in accordance with customer requirements. You only need to provide drawings and your requirements, and we can provide a complete application solution for your reference. If you agree with the program, we will act immediately. We also have a few products that are standard parts for each application market.
3. What applications can your products be used in?
Our products can be used in all mechanical, transmission and electric fields such as medical equipment, smart home systems, automotive and motorcycle, electric power tools, heavy machinery, power transmission and gears, industrial and consumer electronics.
4. How do you ensure on-time delivery and product quality?
Since our establishment, we have been improving our OSWEYPM standardized management system (QA&QC system). We have a complete incoming material inspection process, production process inspection control, shipping standard inspection control system, and product history traceability control system. These systems ensure that the products delivered to customers comply with tolerance requirements. Additionally, we have 24-hour multi-shift production capacity to maintain sustainable production.
5. What is the mode of delivery of the goods to the customer?
For small quantities of samples, we recommend international express transportation to customers (customers do not even need to pay for transportation costs). For mass production of goods, we generally use sea transportation or air transportation. We will get in touch with the customer’s designated shipping company and handle the process of transporting the goods, ensuring smooth delivery to the customer’s hands without the need for customers to do any extra work. It is up to the customer to decide which mode of transportation to use, and we will follow their wishes.
6. What are the usual payment methods?
When we provide a quote, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, customers usually pay 30% in advance and then settle the balance according to the bill of lading. The majority of our payment methods are T/T. (For small orders less than $1000 USD, we have opened a Paypal and Payoneer payment channel. We support newly established companies or companies that are in the process of being established).
